As you may know, you can switch between tasks in Windows by using the Alt+Tab command. This little free program replaces that command offering you the same functionality and more. It has an attractive interface that matches your Windows theme and shows your desktop's image and thumbnails of the active processes. With this program, besides switching between tasks, you can find information about the different processes, as well as minimize, maximize, restore them, and end any process entirely. Also, you can configure the program to sort your processes by name, which is especially useful if you work with many programs at the same time.
The program also has a configuration tool that allows you to set up the program's language and use different settings for each user, as well as customize the program's appearance, (colors, fonts, animated effects and more). You can prevent selected programs from appearing in the application by using the Exclusions menu.
As its name implies, the program is compatible only with Windows XP. Earlier versions are not supported, and there is an entirely new program for the later versions of Windows, such as Vista and Windows 7.
